As founder of Silvaback Fitness, I’ve always had a passion for sport and fitness. Traveling the world to learn from some of the best in the industry, I have been putting it all to use helping people from all aspects of life become a healthier, fitter and happier.

I began this journey of setting up SBF Online with a single motivation that was to make exercise and nutrition, more accessible and achievable to all. Small changes can make a massive difference

Operations

I would describe myself as having a positive and big thinking mentality, who also loves a challenge. Logistics and developing the platform is certainly my thing alongside my fairweather exercise regime.

Previous employment has seen me in recruitment, running pubs, accountancy and the bank. An electic mix you could say. I got married to my beautiful wife Kathryn in the summer of 2019 and been living in London for sometime now. Life is pretty good at the moment!

After going on my travels (twice i might add!) I settled back into various office jobs but always had a love for fitness and keeping the body healthy.

Following on from spinal surgery in 2008 I found Pilates and soon discovered it’s amazing powers, not only remedially and mentally but also physically. The slow, controlled movements really do work! This gave me a new career as I re trained with 2 small children in tow.

Happily married for 10 years and with two wonderful boys which means I ‘have’ to keep fit. Family and Fitness; my two biggest loves (corny but true!).

Yoga/Kickboxing Instructor

Hey! My name is Liyen. I’m a Yoga Teacher and Fitness Coach. I’ve been teaching Group Fitness Classes for 15 years, and now take weekly classes with everything from HIIT to Yoga, Kickboxing to Spin, Body Conditioning as well as Abs and Glutes Classes. I love getting people to move their bodies and help them to feel fantastic after a workout. You’ll most likely find me upside down or hanging off something trying out a balance or a bendy pose of some description!

My name is Tina B and since participating in a Step Aerobics class at the age of 17 I always wanted to be a Fitness Instructor but was way too shy to imagine I ever could. However, after years of participating in Fitness classes, events etc I finally plucked up the courage to get qualified. I have now been teaching spinning for 16 years and have run my own Bootcamp, Kettlebell and HIIT sessions for approx. 8 years. And I love it!! Fitness is and has always been a passion of mine and personally it has helped me get through lots of ups and down of day-to-day life. I love working and helping people, seeing improvements in them, not just physically but emotionally too. My biggest love though is my family who also share a passion for keeping active, with my husband coaching Colts and Ladies Rugby, my son playing semi-pro Rugby League for London Broncos and my daughter who has been competing in Latin & Ballroom dancing since she was five. Not only that we have two beautiful Cockerpoos, Rufus & Winnie, who absolutely make our house a home xx 

What you can expect from me…. Well first and foremost.. A smile!! Passion, support, fun, encouragement and 100% in every session. It will be intense but always in a good way. No matter where you are on your fitness journey you will be able to complete my classes.
