Ingredients

60ml Almond Milk
150g Low Fat Greek Yogurt
20g Porridge Oats
1/2 medium Banana (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Honey

How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • To make it more of a milkshake consistency, add a couple of ice cubes.
