caprese bean salad

Ingredients
5 large tomatoes, sliced
300g green beans, trimmed
400g (tinned) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
100g mozzarella
2 tbsp lemon infused olive oil
1 tbsp basil, leaves picked
salt flakes and cracked black pepper
How to make it
- Arrange tomatoes, green beans, cannellini beans and mozzarella on a large serving plate.
- Top with torn mozzarella and basil leaves.
- Drizzle oil all over and season with salt flakes & cracked pepper.
