Ingredients

2 Ripe Avocados
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder (vegan if required)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Almond Milk
Pinch of Sea Salt
To Serve:
Fresh Mint Leaves

How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as you need.
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Divide into 4 dessert bowls and serve with fresh mint.
