sesame chicken

Ingredients
340g skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp paprika
sprinkle of salt & pepper
1.5 tbsp olive oil
FOR THE SAUCE
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp ginger, minced
1 clove garlic
TO SERVE
1 tbsp sesame seeds
How to make it
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-size cubes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Add cut chicken to the egg mixture and stir to coat.
- Next, Heat up olive oil in a wok and cook chicken for 5-8 minutes or until completely cooked through. Remove chicken from the wok and set aside on some kitchen towel.
- Add all of the sauce ingredients to the hot wok, stir and bubble on a high heat until the sauce thickens, for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken back in and toss in the sauce to coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide into 2 bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
