Ingredients

500g Kale
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp Sesame seeds

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 220°C/430°F/Gas 7.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Toss kale together with olive oil, sesame oil and lemon juice, then spread it across the baking tray.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds, season with salt & pepper and cook for 20 minutes or until crispy.
