SIZZLE BEEF STIR-FRY

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
400g beef sizzle steak, sliced
500g frozen stir fry Asian mixed vegetables
200ml peppercorn sauce

How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a large wok on medium-high heat. Cook the beef for 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan, cover with aluminium foil and set aside.
  • Add the vegetables to the same wok and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the beef to the wok, add the sauce and stir through for 2 minutes.
  • Divide between four bowls and serve immediately.
