teriyaki tofu

Ingredients
60ml tamari2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp sesame oil
450g firm tofu
450g bok choy
1 tbsp sesame seeds
How to make it
- Start by mixing together the tamari, sugar, mirin and sesame oil.
- Place tofu in a large shallow dish and pour sauce all over.
- Flip the pieces of tofu a couple of times to make sure both sides are well coated. Place in the fridge for 60 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and reduce to a simmer. Place bok choy in a steaming basket and steam for 5-6 minutes or until just tender.
- Heat the bbq or grill plate and cook tofu for 5 minutes each side or until golden. Divide bok choy between 3 bowls, top with tofu and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
