125g Plain Flour
250ml Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Butter
How to make it
- Start by preheating oven to 175°C/350°F/gas 4.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs and salt.
- Divide the batter between a 12-case muffin tin, with about 1/2 a tsp per cup.
- Place in the oven for about 3 minutes to melt the butter.
- Transfer batter between the cups and cook for about 25 minutes or until nice and puffy.
