BRUSSELS SPROUT BAKE

Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter
1 Brown Onion (diced)
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
900g Brussels Sprouts (cored and halved)
Salt & Cracked Pepper
180ml Heavy Cream
170g Cheddar Cheese (grated)
50g Parmesan (grated)
6 Sliced Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
How to make it
- Start by preheating the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 5.
- Add the butter to a large oven safe pan or skillet.
- Add the Brussels sprouts, onion and garlic. cook, on medium heat, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the cream.
- Sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan and top with bacon bits.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
