blueberry chia pot

Ingredients

80g frozen blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
125ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

How to make it

  • Start by mashing the blueberries with the back of a fork or spoon.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to a jar, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning top with a little extra yoghurt.
