CHILLI KALE CRISPS

Ingredients
80g Kale
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Chilli Flakes
pinch of Salt
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Remove the tough stalks, leaving just the curly leafy kale.
- Place the curly leafy kale in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil and chilli flakes.
- Layer a baking tray with grease proof paper before evenly spreading the curly leafy kale over it. Make sure it’s a single layer of kale otherwise it won’t crisp up as well.
- Sprinkle with a little salt before placing in the oven for 15 minutes or until the kale has become crispy.
- Leave to stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
