Ingredients

100g coconut yoghurt
1 tsp vegan vanilla protein powder
50g mango, diced
1 tbsp pistachios, diced
1 tbsp desiccated coconut

How to make it

  • Add the coconut yoghurt to your serving bowl and stir in the protein powder until well combined.
  • Top with mango, pistachios and desecrated coconut.
