GARLIC ROSEMARY SALMON

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rosemary (fresh or dried)
4 salmon fillets
3 tbsp dry white wine
How to make it
- Add butter to a frying pan and bring to medium heat.
- Add garlic and rosemary and heat for another 1 minute.
- Next, add the salmon and cook for 1 minute on each side. Add the wine, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a simple green salad.
