GARLIC ROSEMARY SALMON

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rosemary (fresh or dried)
4 salmon fillets
3 tbsp dry white wine

How to make it

  • Add butter to a frying pan and bring to medium heat.
  • Add garlic and rosemary and heat for another 1 minute.
  • Next, add the salmon and cook for 1 minute on each side. Add the wine, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve with a simple green salad.
