Ingredients

2 x (400g) tin chickpeas
120ml tahini
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
60ml lemon juice
60ml water
1 tsp cumin

How to make it

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with chopped carrot, celery and cucumber sticks or pitta bread.
