THREE PORK QUICHES

Ingredients

15 mini filo pastry cups
30g ham, diced
1 pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 rashers bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 brown onion, diced
60g cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp dried parsley
Salt & cracked pepper

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200c/395f/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread mini filo pastry cups out on the tray evenly.
  • Mix ham, sausage, bacon, onion and cheese together and divide evenly into the filo cups.
  • Next, crack your eggs into a small bowl, add milk, parsley salt & cracked pepper and whisk.
  • Pour the whisked egg mixture into the filo cups.
  • Place in the oven and cook for about 8 minutes or until the egg is fully cooked.
