Ingredients
160g almonds20g shredded coconut
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp matcha
Sea salt flakes
350g pitted dates
How to make it
- Place the almonds, coconut, vanilla, matcha and salt flakes in a blender and blitz until roughly chopped.
- Next, add the dates and blend until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
